DISTANT SALES AGREEMENT

This contract has been established electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, whose information is provided below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.vaganza.com.tr.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products are determined in accordance with the information in the system at the time of order completion and are an integral part of this contract.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

  • Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.

  • Delivery time is determined by the Seller, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

  • Shipping cost belongs to the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on the site.
Credit card information is not stored by the Seller and is securely processed through the relevant payment infrastructures.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

  • The withdrawal request must be sent in writing to destek@vaganza.com.tr.

7. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Products specially produced or personalized for the Buyer

  • Used products or products with removed labels

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

8. RETURN AND REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the product reaches the Seller.
The refund is made using the payment method used for the purchase.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Situations that develop beyond the control of the parties, are unforeseeable, and prevent the performance of the contract are considered force majeure. In these cases, the parties cannot be held responsible.

10. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts if these limits are exceeded.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract by placing an order through www.vaganza.com.tr.
