RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and exchange processes for products purchased from Vaganza are carried out according to the conditions stated below.
1. Return Period
You can return products purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
Products to be returned must be:

Unused

Sent with their original packaging, tag, and accessories

In resalable condition

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products

Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Custom-made or personalized products

Used, washed, or products with removed tags
are excluded from the return policy.
4. Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests can be made within 14 days from the product delivery date.

Exchange transactions are carried out depending on product stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchange transactions are borne by the Buyer.
5. Return Process
You can submit your return or exchange request by sending an e-mail to destek@vaganza.com.tr or through the contact form.
After your return request is approved, the product must be delivered to us in accordance with the information sent to you.
6. Refund
After the returned product reaches us and is inspected;

The product price will be refunded to the buyer

within 14 days using the payment method used.
7. Shipping Fees

Return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.

If the product is faulty or defective, the return shipping cost is covered by Vaganza.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement.
