Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments by major credit and debit cards.
Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored by Vaganza.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS.
You can also check your shipment through our Order Tracking page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return period?
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, return shipping costs will be covered by Vaganza.
Will the product look exactly like the photographs?
We strive to ensure that all product images accurately represent each item.
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
