Order Tracking

You can easily track the status of orders placed with Vaganza.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email or SMS so you can check the current status of your shipment.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
2. You can follow your delivery status by clicking the tracking link sent to you.
3. If you have a customer account, you can also view your order status from My Account > Orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. 
• During campaign periods or busy periods, dispatch times may vary.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Deliveries are made by the courier company to the address provided during checkout.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
