Shipping and delivery processes for orders placed with Vaganza are carried out according to the principles stated below.
1. Time to Hand Over to Cargo

Your orders are handed over to cargo within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

This period may vary during campaign, discount, and busy periods.
2. Shipping Company
Your orders are safely delivered to your address through our contracted shipping company.
3. Delivery Time

Orders handed over to cargo are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your region.

Public holidays and force majeure events are not included in the delivery period.
4. Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is stated during the order process and belongs to the Buyer unless otherwise specified.

Shipping campaigns may be applied during certain periods.
5. Delivery Address

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.

Vaganza is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
6. Points to Consider During Delivery

Please check your package upon delivery.

In case of damaged or missing products, you must have a report prepared by the cargo officer.

In cases where a report is not made, responsibility lies with the Buyer.
7. Cargo Tracking
When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.
You can track your shipment using this information.
8. Undeliverable Orders

Orders that cannot be delivered due to the Buyer being unreachable or an address error are returned to the Seller by the shipping company.

In this case, the re-shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.
9. Force Majeure
Vaganza cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, technical malfunctions, and similar events.
