How can I place an order?

You can complete your order by adding the product you like to your cart and proceeding through the payment steps. Your order will be processed after payment confirmation.


What payment methods do you accept?

You can make secure payments with credit and debit cards.
Your card information is not stored by us.


Can I make changes after placing an order?

We can assist you if you contact us before your order is shipped. No changes can be made to orders that have already been shipped.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.


How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
You can also check it through the Order Tracking page.


What is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days depending on your region.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is the return period?

You can return the product within 14 days from the date you received it.


Can I make an exchange?

Yes. You can request an exchange within 14 days from the product delivery date. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Who pays for return shipping?

The return shipping fee is borne by the Buyer.
If the product is faulty or defective, the shipping fee is covered by Vaganza.


Are the products exactly as shown in the visuals?

Product images are taken to be as close to reality as possible.
Color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
