Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and exchange processes for products purchased from Vaganza are carried out under the conditions stated below.
1. Return Period
You can return products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

Unused

Sent with their original packaging, tags, and accessories

In a resalable condition

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products

Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Custom-made or personalized products

Used, washed, or tag-removed products
are not eligible for return.
4. Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests can be made within 14 days from the product delivery date.

Exchange transactions are carried out depending on product stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchange transactions are borne by the Buyer.
5. Return Process
You can submit your return or exchange request by sending an e-mail to destek@vaganza.com.tr or via the contact form.
Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent to us in accordance with the information provided.
6. Refund
Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected:

The product fee will be refunded to the Buyer

within 14 days using the payment method used.

7. Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are borne by the Buyer.

If the product is faulty or defective, the return shipping fee will be covered by Vaganza.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Agreement.
